RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love every piece you order from The Mini Label. If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

RETURNS

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale and clearance items, gift cards, accessories, and any items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Mini Label is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at returns@theminilabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued.
